We hate to pour wine down the drain.  We hate it so much we spent over two years developing the most effective and easiest way to save open bottles of wine.

It had to be easy to use, or people wouldn’t use it.  Let’s face it, who wants to stop in the middle of a romantic evening or dinner with friends to run a science experience with pressure pump, gas cartridges, needles, etc.  With ZOS you simply put our oxygen absorbing stopper into the bottle just like you would any stopper. That’s it. Not pumping. Not gas. 

We are a group of engineers and wine makers with over 40 years of combined experience in wine preservation and wine making.   We live and work in Northern California’s wine country. We’ve been able to tap into our community of sommeliers, wine makers and wine lovers who have helped us to shape ZOS.
